It is important to complete monthly reconciliations on all sponsored projects either publicly or privately funded, to ensure funds are spent as required per the award agreements. A key function is that costs are charged to the correct project, and that cost listed as outstanding or encumbered are vouchered in a timely manner.

The MagLab has seven user facilities located across our three campuses. Every year more than 1,800 researchers use our facilities - most at no cost to them - and publish more than 400 peer-reviewed publications.

National High Magnetic Field Laboratory

The largest and highest-powered magnet lab in the world, the National MagLab hosts more than a thousand visiting scientists a year. Researchers use our facilities for free, advancing understanding of materials and new technology, energy, health, the environment, and even the universe.

The common dataset provides demographics/statistics and information for numerous publications, surveys, and general inquiries. The common dataset contains the following areas: general information, enrollment and persistence, first time/first year (freshman) admission, transfer admission, academic offerings and policy, student life, annual expenses, financial aid, instructional faculty and class size, degress conferred, and definitions (based on data provided).
